Our birth center offers the comfort and intimacy of birthing at home, with the added reassurance of being in a space purposefully designed for safe, low-risk births. Think of it as your home-away-from-home: cozy, private, and fully equipped for whatever your birth may bring.

At The Knox Birth Center, we’ve created an environment where you can labor freely and intuitively, supported by midwives who honor your choices and your rhythm. You’ll find:

• Comfortable beds to rest, bond, and recover
• A Bluetooth speaker so you can set the tone with your own music
• An essential oil diffuser with a variety of calming scents
• A kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig for comfort snacks and drinks
• Warm, thoughtful touches that help you feel at ease and at home

We currently offer two unique and private birth suites, each thoughtfully designed to support your physical and emotional needs. Each suite features:

• A birth pool for labor and water birth
• Space and tools for comfort and mobility
• Gentle lighting and soft, welcoming décor
• Room to bring personal items that help you feel grounded and supported

Our location is conveniently located less than a mile from two hospitals. KBC is also situated near a beautiful park, a serene space some families choose to walk through during labor.
